Our Investment Architecture

Swords Capital structures and governs a multi-layer investment architecture that integrates institutional capital, asset management, development to deliver high-impact strategies across Europe.

Portfolio Companies Architecture

Swords Capital is a holding company that develops and governs a multi-platform investment architecture. Its structure allows for the separation of capital vehicles, operational platforms, and strategic partnerships, ensuring scalability, regulatory control and institutional-grade governance.

The group operates across three layers:

  • Investment Vehicles (regulated capital structures)
  • Platform Companies (operational engines per vertical)
  • Strategic SPVs (asset-level deployment across Europe )

With over 100 SPVs under active governance, Swords Capital combines financial engineering with operational execution, unlocking access to high-value, impact-driven portfolios.

FINANCIAL & STRUCTURED PLATFORMS

Where capital is structured, protected and deployed with institutional discipline.

Eleyon Capital, the sustainable investment platform of SWC in Luxembourg, will launch in 2025 four institutional funds totaling €3.7B, targeting renewables, industrial decarbonization, marine ecosystems, and waste-to-energy solutions.

Terra Land Asset is SWC’s platform for strategic land acquisition and management, targeting renewable energy and industrial infrastructure. Operating through three €20 million vehicles, it manages over 5,000 hectares across Europe, focused on solar, wind, BESS, and hybrid energy systems.

Armor Consulting Services is SWC’s strategic advisory and tax consultancy arm, specializing in corporate structuring, fiscal strategy, capital engineering, and high-level transaction support for the group’s platforms and institutional partners.

Sunen Asset Management is SWC’s renewable energy investment arm, managing over €30M in strategic stakes across solar, biogas, and grid infrastructure platforms, with a portfolio market value exceeding €300M.

INDUSTRIAL & IMPACT PLATFORMS

A coordinated of development platforms across renewavle energy, ocean-linked infrastructure, and circular bioeconomy driving sustainable with local precision.

Green Planet Ventures is SWC’s renewable energy development platform, focused on utility-scale solar and battery storage (BESS) projects. With an initial portfolio in Spain and expansion plans across Europe, GPV develops bankable assets to institutional standards, integrating engineering, capital structuring, and long-term operational management.

Nautilus Ocean Corporation is SWC’s marine regeneration platform, dedicated to large-scale ocean restoration through science-based infrastructure. Through its verticals — Infralgae, focused on seaweed cultivation for blue carbon and SAF feedstock, and Infraplastic, dedicated to ocean plastic recovery and valorization — Nautilus develops and operates bankable blue economy projects, integrating advanced engineering, biodiversity recovery, and long-term revenue models linked to ecosystem services.

InfraOceans is SWC’s large-scale marine restoration arm, turning ocean regeneration into a measurable, investable asset class. It designs, finances, and deploys infrastructure to restore marine ecosystems, enhance biodiversity, and generate long-term returns through blue carbon and ecosystem service markets.

Infralgae is a Nautilus Ocean Corporation vertical specialized in large-scale seaweed cultivation for blue carbon capture, SAF feedstock, and high-value biomaterials. Supported by tier-1 engineering partners and proprietary R&D, Infralgaedesigns, builds, and operates advanced cultivation facilities — both offshore and onshore — ensuring scalable production, biodiversity enhancement, and measurable environmental and economic returns.

Almaris is SWC’s strategic platform for advanced aquaculture and marine biomaterials, focused on cultivating holothurians (sea cucumbers) and methane-reducing algae for livestock feed, alongside other high-value ocean species. The project is jointly developed with Algabrava, which holds equity participation in exchange for its unique cultivation know-how and adaptation capabilities. Combining science-driven production, circular economy practices, and scalable infrastructure, Almaris targets premium international markets while contributing to biodiversity restoration — positioning itself at the intersection of blue economy growth and environmental impact.

BIOMECIDINE

Where science & innovation coverage to redefine human health.

Zirion is SWC’s biotechnology venture dedicated to developing breakthrough protein-based therapies for longevity, Parkinson’s disease, and pancreatic cancer. With three pre-clinical studies underway, the company is backed by €5M from SWC, Austral, and private investors, complemented by CDTI funding and R&D tax lease structures. Led by former IDAE executive Alfonso Beltrán as Managing Director, Zirion combines cutting-edge science, zero toxicity results to date, and a targeted 2026–2027 roadmap to bring transformative biomedical solutions to market
